2025 Municipal Election

NOTICE OF RECOUNT

 

An application has been received under Section 98  of the Local Authorities Election Act by the Returning Officer of the Town of Millet.

Pursuant to Section 98 of the Local Authorities Election Act a returning officer shall make a recount of the votes cast if an application for a recount is made within 44 hours of the closing of the voting station.

The ballot count between the following candidates for Councillor meets the requirements of the Act.

Kelly Kayfish-Winkler  173

Ryan McGillivray  170

 

A recount of votes cast on Monday, October 20, 2025, for the office of Councillor of the Town of Millet will be conducted on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 10:30am. At the Millet Civic Center.
