The term of the ensuing contract shall be for a five (5) year period commencing with the year ending December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2026.  The contract may be extended for up to an additional two (2) years at the mutual agreement of the Proponent and the Town of Millet.

The following Key Dates table outlines the anticipated schedule for this RFP.  While the Town of Millet will attempt to adhere to the outline, the timing of events resulting from this RFP may vary as determined by the Town.
