DEVELOPMENT NOTICES
Bylaw 2023-08 and 2023-09 which are in relation to 5401 - 45 Avenue being Plan 8520435, Block 10, Lot 52 were passed by Council at the December 13, 2023 regular council meeting.
Bylaw 2023-08 amended Map 3 of the Municipal Development Plan to reclassify the above noted property to commercial for the north 30m and residential for the remainder.
Bylaw 2023-09 amended the Land Use Bylaw 2018-13 to classify the subject property to C3 - Neighbourhood Commercial for the north 30m and R4 - High Density Residential for the remainder of the property.
Please note that prior to any development, the property owner is required to complete testing and engineering to be able to enter into a development agreement with the Town of Millet to service the property.
