The Town of Millet has accepted an offer to purchase for 5031/35 – 49 Avenue being Plan RN15A, Block 3, Lots 16 and 17. As the Town is proposing to sell the properties at lower than the estimated market value, please accept this as notification as required by Section 70(1)(a) of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000 Chapter M26.
