The Town of Millet has given first reading to Bylaw 2020/15 being a revision to the Land Use Bylaw 2018/11 to appoint the Chief Administrative Officer as the Subdivision Authority as a result of the dissolution of West Central Planning Agency. Bylaw 2020/15 also corrects an error in the numbering of Schedule 12A – Fines and Offences. Prior to giving the Bylaw second reading, Council has scheduled a public hearing for August 19, 2020 at 3:00 pm to be held at the Hugo Witt Room being 5400 45th Avenue, Millet, AB.
