TOWN OF MILLET

NOTICE OF DIRECT CONTROL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT

 

Council for the Town of Millet will be considering development permit 20D23 for the change in use of 5031\35 – 49 Avenue (RN15A, Block 3, Lots 16 and 17) which is currently the Millet Library to a daycare and afterschool care centre.  A copy of the draft development permit for Council consideration is here 20DP23  .

Prior to making a decision on Development Permit 20D23, adjacent property owners can provide written comments on the proposed development to Council no later than January 12, 2020. Comments can be deposited in the mail drop at Town Office being 5120 – 50 Street or by email to infrastructure@millet.ca. As there is no public hearing for this matter, there will be no opportunity for verbal presentations on this matter.
