In May of 2020 Town Council approved parking changes on the west side of 50 Street (Highway 2A), after several complaints and safety concerns, to allow vehicles turning north and south onto 50 Street to see vehicles traveling south.  In July yellow curbs were painted to reflect the changes and a number of violations have been issued.  New signs have been installed on the west side to show the changes and will be strictly enforced.  Enforcement Services thanks you for your cooperation.

With winter here now in full force Enforcement Services would like to remind clearing snow on a roadway or removing snow onto the roadway is illegal.  The reason is that snow turns into ice and can cause issues with Town equipment when snow is being cleared.

Also note that fire hydrants must be cleared at least three feet around each hydrant to allow for clear access incase of an emergency, Enforcement Services will be monitoring.
