Policy #08 - Compliance Certificates - December 17, 2008: To establish the requirements for and the processing of Compliance Certificates. A Compliance Certificate is a confirmation from the Town of Millet that the location of building(s) on a site comply with the Land Use Bylaw.
Policy #12 - Impoundment Policy - March 25, 2009: To establish the regulations and fee schedule for the impoundment of animals in accordance with the animal bylaw.
Policy #14 - Cat Trap Policy - March 15, 2009: To establish the procedures for the acquisition and use of cat traps within the Town of Millet.
Policy #15 - Enforcement Call-Out Policy - March 25, 2009: It is recognized that call out is an agreed part of the Enforcement Officer’s duties. Call out is defined as being called into work outside of regular hours of work.
