ORGANIC PICK UP

Organic Pick up starts May 6th!!!! Starting next week (May 1st) the Town will be delivering a small kitchen bin to all homes in Millet. This bin can be kept on your counter or under your sink to hold food scraps until you are able to take them out to your large bin for pick up! Inside these bins you will find 10 small compost bags to get you started as well as an information package that should answer all your composting questions! May 19-25th is proclaimed as PUBLIC WORKS WEEK in the Town of Millet! The Town of Millet is lucky to have such great people in our Public Works department! If you see them out and about, make sure yo thank them for all they do!

Did You Know?

The Town of Millet was named in honour of August Millet, who was believed to be a canoeist for Father Lacombe.
