Millet has everything to offer those who like the comfort of a small town rural atmosphere, with easy access to full city services.  Millet doubled its population in a short 10 years between 1983 and 1993.  Current population is 2,125 and we are located between Leduc and Wetaskiwin on Highway 2A - just outside Edmonton, Alberta. What's New

     On November 25, 2009, Council passed the following Bylaws:

• Water and Sewer Regulations Bylaw (please note the change in water and sewer rates, effective January 1, 2010
• Solid Waste Management Bylaw (please note,effective January 1, 2010, the Town of Millet will have a Blue Bag Recycling Program Recylcing pick up will be Tuesday, January 12, 2010 and every second Tuesday thereafter.
• Business License Bylaw
• Solid Waste Management Rate Policy (please note change in garbage rates, effective January 1, 2010)
